• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing. We use trusted providers to run our services, and your data may be processed by them on our behalf:

• Our email provider, Microsoft 365, which we use to receive and respond to enquiries.
• Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law. Where any provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, and then delete it. If you have opted in to updates, we keep your details until you ask us to stop.
